1. The service and the rules
Seven Half Club is the online card game Seven and a Half, offered for entertainment. Using it means you accept these terms. Play follows the published game rules. When a table turns house rules on, those rules are part of the same set. The page at /regles/ is the reference if a rule on the table and this text ever disagree about how a hand is played.
2. Age
The game is only for people aged 18 and over. You confirm that before you play. A parent or guardian cannot accept for a minor. If we learn that an account is used by someone under 18, we close it.
3. No real money
Virtual chips have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, cashed out, or exchanged for money, prizes, goods or services, inside or outside the platform. They are not your property and may be reset without compensation. No result of a hand, tournament, ranking or challenge gives a right to a real prize. The game does not offer wagering with real money.
4. Cosmetics
Cosmetic items, if any are offered, are visual only. They give no gameplay advantage: they do not change the cards, the stakes, the payouts or the information you see about the hand. There are no paid random boxes, and no pack that mixes a cosmetic with chips.
5. Accounts and conduct
You may hold an account with an alias and an email, sign in with Google, or sign in with a passkey, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not cheat, use unauthorised bots, exploit faults, harass other players in the chat, trade accounts, seats or chips, or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided as it is. It may stop or fail, including when you play with no connection. Virtual chips have no cash value, so losing them is not a monetary loss. Nothing in these terms removes rights that mandatory Spanish consumer law does not let us remove. We are not liable for damage caused by your misuse of the service or by a third party you choose to share a result or an invitation with.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force. If the service closes, we will give reasonable notice when we can.
8. Applicable law
